Paris. 1830. When the infamous detective Vidocq disappears in the middle of a busy city, nobody can explain the abduction. His archenemy, the Alchemist, the assassin Vidocq has been tracking, is the prime suspect. However, as the police continue to come up empty handed, Vidocq's assistant Etienne his biographer, takes the case into his own hands and delves into the underworld of Paris to find the missing detective.

Wow! I really loved the movie Dark Portals: The Chronicles of Vidocq. The movie is absolutely stunning with top-notch graphics and visuals while Grard Depardieu deliver some award-winning performances in this movie.

I also think Guillaume Canet was great! The visuals and graphics make for some very realistic on screen special-effects but that is the beauty of the movie.When the movie wants to be funny it is funny, the same is true for when the movie needs to deliver its scary aspects.

I think Grard Depardieu and Guillaume Canet worked wonderful in Dark Portals: The Chronicles of Vidocq. The great supporting cast includes Grard Depardieu, Guillaume Canet, Ins Sastre, Andr Dussollier, Edith Scob.

Summary of The Ten Commandments:

The Ten Commandments showcases Moses, the reluctant prophet, who was the only man in Biblical history to see the face of God and call him "friend." This special animated version is filled with high adventure, miraculous events and a gentle sense of humor. Condemned to die by the Pharaoh while just a baby, Hebrew Moses is set adrift on the River Nile by his mother and his sister. Rescued by the daughter of the Pharaoh, he grows up thinking he's an Egyptian prince. Eventually exiled from Egypt when he is exposed as a Jew, he is touched by God and told that he will lead his enslaved people to the Promised Land.

I really loved the movie The Ten Commandments. I really enjoyed watching Elliott Gould in this movie. I also think Christian Slater was great!
